What Shopify would cost you instead
You keep ₹14,226 in the first year. After that, Shopify charges about ₹33,226 again every year, while you only renew hosting.
Assumes half your orders are paid online and half by cash on delivery, which Shopify doesn’t charge its 2% on. Is ₹19,000 the full price?
Yes. ₹19,000 includes GST, the complete build, payments and shipping setup, training and your first year of hosting. From the second year you renew hosting once a year, and we tell you that amount before we start. Your domain is registered in your name, usually ₹800 to ₹1,200 a year, and Razorpay charges its own fee on online payments.
Are there monthly fees?
Not from us. There is no subscription and no commission on your sales. From the second year you renew hosting once a year, along with your domain, and Razorpay charges its fee on online payments.
Is it cheaper than Shopify?
For most small sellers, yes. Shopify Basic costs ₹1,499 a month billed yearly, plus 18% GST if you don’t give Shopify a GST number, and Shopify adds its own 2% on every order paid through a gateway like Razorpay. That is over ₹21,000 a year before apps, every year. With us you pay ₹19,000 once, with GST and the first year of hosting included.
I don’t have a company, shop or GST number. Can I still have a store?
Yes. Many of our sellers work from home. Razorpay opens payment accounts for individuals with a PAN card and online KYC, and a GST number is optional when you sign up. We help you through the sign-up.
What does Razorpay charge?
Razorpay’s standard fee is about 2% plus GST per online payment, with no setup or annual fee. It is deducted by Razorpay before the money reaches your bank. NexaLoom takes nothing from your sales.
Can my customers pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can offer cash on delivery alongside UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. Add as many products and photos as you like from your phone or laptop. We train you on a video call, and we’re a WhatsApp message away if you get stuck.
Will I own the website?
Yes. The store runs on your own domain in your name, and the products, orders and customer list belong to you.
I already sell on Instagram. Do I have to stop?
No. Keep posting. Put your store link in your bio and share product links in DMs and stories. Instagram brings the buyers, and your store takes the order and the payment.
I already have a Shopify, Dukaan or Wix store. Can you move it?
Usually, yes. Send us your current store link and we’ll check what can be moved across, such as products, photos and categories.
How long does it take?
Most stores go live in about two weeks once we have your logo, product photos and prices.
